The “Winter” apartment of 45 square meters. it consists of a bedroom, a kitchen with a very comfortable double sofa bed with a 19 cm high mattress, a private bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and sink.

There is a veranda area and balcony.

The apartment is served by a lift and is equipped with Wi-Fi connection; is located at 50 meters. from the seafront and 200 meters. from the beach of Santa Teresa.

The Winter apartment is a two-room apartment sleeping 4 located on the first floor of an elegant building on Corso Vittorio Emanuele in Salerno, in the heart of the city.

All services are close at hand: supermarket, newsagent, bar, pharmacy, tobacconists and restaurants.

Our structure is easily reachable on foot from the Central Station, walking for about 300m. the central Corso Vittorio Emanuele of Salerno.
